Formed as Torment (US) around 1988 with a different singer. Released 2 demos before changing thier name to Tormentor (US) in 1989 and adding Juan on vocals. Released two demos in 1989 and 1991 as Tormentor (US). They changed thier name to Ritual in 1991. Then, in 1995 they changed their name to Ritual Of Torment.
